Benjamin S.D. Thompson III is a Senior Member and Co-Owner of Justice Really Matters (“JRM Legal PLLC”). He graduated from the University of Toledo, in Toledo, Ohio, with a Bachelors Degree in Law and Social Thought and from Barry University School of Law, in Orlando, Florida, with a Juris Doctorate Degree. He is currently barred as an attorney in the state of Ohio where he practices criminal and family law. He has significant trial experience ranging from a Misdemeanor Criminal Jury Trial to Felony Criminal Jury Trials. He has argued in jury trials concerning multiple types of charges, including but not limited to domestic violence, vehicular manslaughter, aggravated burglary, strangulation, robbery, and drug offenses. He has also negotiated the successful dismissal of multiple rape charges and a RICO case. Furthermore, he has assisted on multiple rape and murder cases. He has also been able to obtain multiple acquittals and not guilty verdicts for multiple clients. He dedicates his time to fighting for Justice and every citizen’s right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He also has experience working with contracts as far as reviewing, negotiating, and drafting.
